Life and Death

Life and death, symbolised in the simplest of terms through fragile butterflies, skulls, crows and an array of significant visual juxtaposition. The significant stylistic focus on movement in the work is to serve as a representation of time. It implies that at every moment, when one entity is fading away and drifting into death, another is already far into decomposition, yet others continue to live. It displays how everything is connected at that specific moment in time, which is in fact the balance of our existence.
